After having witnessed how much people are able to do when they work together, I have decided to ask a favor of all of you. On Saturday, October 17th, 2009, the SPCA of Central Florida will hold the 9th Annual Wiggle Waggle Walk at Oval Park, Lake Mary/Heathrow, Florida. This walk raises much needed money to find permanent homes for thousands of homeless animals and support the many SPCA of Central Florida essential programs. Because it is a private organization, it is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and therefore has no time limit for its companion animals. This means healthy, adoptable animals remain at the SPCA for as long as it takes for them to find the perfect home.
